TheFactory Accelerator & VC was started in 2015 by Norwegian serial entrepreneurs, and has since accelerated more than 500 startups and invested in a portfolio of 80+ startups and scaleups. What sets us apart is the uniqe combination of programs and investments. Our portfolio include investments in fintech, proptech, sportstech, greentech, impact, and more. Today, we operate Norway´s largest early stage accelerator program GründerAcademy as well as more industry specific programs like Sportstech Academy. TheFactory was awarded Best Accelerator Program in the Nordics by Global Startup Awards.

We are entrepreneurs at heart, and TheFactory´s motto is “Founders First”. Although we are a factory, we act more like a family; a family of startups and scaleups, partners, mentors and investors from across the Nordics. We believe in collaboration and innovation through partnerships.
